TPI Composites, Inc is seeking a proactive LOTO and Electrical Safety Program Leader to guide the company in safety policy, compliance, and workforce training. You will drive LOTO execution, electrical safety standards, and training initiatives across facilities.

The role includes auditing, performance analysis, and collaboration with Operations to elevate safety performance and accountability. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership in safety, training, and program development.

Qualificações

Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups.
Familiarity with safety-related calculations and geometry.

Responsabilidades

Serve as subject matter expert for LOTO and electrical safety.
Develop, maintain, and improve policies and standards related to electrical safety and LOTO.
Ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
Promote consistency and adoption of electrical safety best practices across all operations.
Develop and deliver LOTO, electrical safety, rigging, and tag-lining training programs.
Conduct skills assessments and evaluate technician competency and qualification requirements.
Support technician onboarding and workforce development initiatives.
Identify training gaps and implement corrective actions to improve knowledge, compliance, and field performance.
Conduct field audits, observations, and compliance reviews to evaluate adherence to safety standards and procedures.
Provide coaching, recommendations, and corrective actions to support safe work execution.
Analyze audit findings, trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Partner with Operations leadership to strengthen accountability and safety performance throughout the organization.
Oversee company programs for LOTO and electrical safety equipment, including asset management, replacement schedules, calibration requirements, and certification tracking.
Coordinate inventory planning, procurement, and distribution of electrical safety equipment and related materials.
Maintain accurate records for equipment accountability, inspections, certifications, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with Supply Chain and Purchasing teams to ensure equipment availability and cost-effective inventory management.
Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in safety regulations.
Evaluate new equipment, tools, and program enhancements to improve safety, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.Recommend and implement best practices that support world-class safety performance and customer confidence.
