Job summary

InDepth Engineering Solutions, LLC in Toledo, Ohio seeks an Electrical Root Cause and Launch Support Engineer – Associate to support external quality KPI targets and lead corrective actions. You will review warranty and CQI items, map defects, and drive improvements across design and process teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience analyzing data to identify top issues.
• Strong presentation/public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Support external quality KPI management for achieving targets, driving improvement actions and escalation.
• Review warranty/CQI claims daily and maintain issue stratification.
• Lead improvement activities to address nonconformities to quality targets.
• Collaborate with Process Quality, Plant PIM/PRM, PPS / Process Engineers to ensure control plans are implemented and maintained.
• Map issues/defects within PFS/MCV to ensure defects are identified and tracked.
• Support plant on complex issues from Final, Rolls, BSR, CPA/CTVV.
