Job summary

INEOS Olefins & Polymers USA is seeking an Electrical Reliability EDS Testing Specialist at Battleground Manufacturing Complex in La Porte, TX. The role focuses on testing, preventive and predictive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of medium- and low-voltage distribution systems to ensure safety and reliability.

The technician will use tools like Omicron CMC 356 and CPC 100, perform data analysis, generate technical reports, and coordinate with the Reliability group and contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting electrical testing on medium- and low-voltage distribution systems.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and NFPA 70E.
• Ability to generate and interpret technical reports and data.

Responsibilities

• Execute electrical testing, preventive and predictive maintenance, diagnostics and repair on distribution systems.
• Prioritize safety and enforce Life Saving Rules and plant procedures.
• Generate detailed technical reports and coordinate actions with Reliability Group and contractors.
• Support Electrical Reliability & Maintenance in safety programs and plant reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve reliability problems and increase plant availability.
• Assist in creating Scopes-of-Work, JSAs and coordinate with specialty contractors.
