Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking an Electric Reliability Technician in Chester, PA, offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The role focuses on maintaining production, packaging and distribution equipment through preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical systems, reading schematics, supporting shutdown planning, and leading repairs on high-speed rotating equipment. Strong teamwork and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a state or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED.
• 2-year technical degree with 3+ years industrial electrical work OR 5+ years experience in the field.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, overtime.
• Willing to respond to call-ins and work nights to resolve equipment failures.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a High-Performance Work Team environment.
• Support daily/weekly/planned shutdown activities.
• Troubleshoot electrical equipment (600V and lower).
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical literature as required.
• Lead repairs on high-speed rotating equipment when needed.
• Work with operators, maintenance technicians, contractors and suppliers.
