• Experience developing and enhancing predictive maintenance and monitoring technologies.
• Deep knowledge of electrical equipment, power systems, and production plant operations.
• Strong understanding of asset reliability, maintenance strategies, and equipment performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational and equipment data to improve predictive maintenance and lifecycle costs.
• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of predictive monitoring tools for electrical assets.
• Partner with external service providers, global teams, and vendors to advance monitoring tech.
• Provide training and technical guidance on electrical monitoring tools and maintenance best practices.
• Serve as SME for electrical equipment troubleshooting and diagnostics, including PD analysis.
