Job summary

Linde plc seeks a senior electrical engineering professional to assure safety and reliability of electrical equipment and power systems worldwide. You will develop and implement strategies, support regional plants, and align design standards with Linde Engineering while advancing predictive maintenance and IEC-based policies.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years in HV/MV environments, strong knowledge of switchgear, transformers, motors, and distribution

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years in medium/high voltage maintenance or engineering in industrial manufacturing.
• Experience in maintenance, engineering and specification of switchgear, transformers, motors and distribution systems.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance methodologies and predictive technologies.
• Experience with ETAP and SKM is preferred.
• Familiarity with electrical, control and instrumentation systems and interpreting electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and reliability of electrical equipment and power systems across Linde facilities globally.
• Develop and implement electrical strategies to improve safety, reliability and cost efficiency.
• Support regions/plants to identify root causes and recover operations after major failures.
• Liaise between operations and Linde Engineering to align on electrical design standards.
• Contribute to LGSR & CVL program updates, with emphasis on IEC requirements.
• Assist in developing maintenance standards and operating procedures for electrical systems.
• Identify and develop predictive maintenance technologies for electrical equipment.
• Travel up to 20% globally as needed.
