Ruveon is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer I in Muscatine, IA, to ensure reliable plant electrical and instrumentation systems. You will work with cross‑functional teams to drive uptime, document controls, and support Lean initiatives while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent), strong analytical skills, and the ability to contribute both independently and in a team.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Fundamental knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems and their application in process operations.
• Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor with guidance from experienced engineers.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to support root cause analysis and reliability decisions.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills and a safety‑minded approach.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and uphold Bayer electrical norms, practices, and procedures while staying current with industry standards.
• Support improvement projects (safety, yield, capacity, quality, reliability, cost) and perform cost‑benefit analyses.
• Specify instruments, control devices, motors, and electrical components for plant applications.
• Review vendor information for suitability of instrumentation and electrical components for maintenance projects.
• Prepare maintenance plans to restore equipment quickly while balancing repair costs and future reliability.
