Job summary

CPS, Inc. is seeking a senior technical leader to drive equipment reliability initiatives and partner with production teams to optimize plant productivity, quality, and operability.

You will provide expert troubleshooting, review predictive and preventive maintenance programs, and deliver sustainable solutions for recurring technical problems. You will lead continuous improvement projects from conception to completion, including scoping, cost estimation, capital requests, fieldwork supervision,

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance/ Reliability initiatives in a manufacturing/plant setting.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead equipment reliability initiatives to improve plant productivity.
• Review and enhance preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Investigate recurring equipment failures to identify root causes.
• Supervise outside contractors to ensure high-quality work.
• Present findings in operation improvement meetings with maintenance staff.
• Oversee project scoping, cost estimation, and capital requests.
• Supervise fieldwork and final commissioning.
