Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Computer Test Technician for the 2nd shift at our Chippewa Falls facility in Wisconsin. This onsite role focuses on testing and diagnosing servers and related hardware, working with engineers to debug and validate products.

Responsibilities include operability testing, tooling maintenance, and following electrostatic discharge procedures to minimize damage. You will lift up to 40lbs and work a 3:00pm–11:30pm schedule with a team-oriented, quality-first

Qualifications

• Typically an Associate's degree or equivalent experience and 4-6 years of experience.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Working knowledge in the field of electronics technology.
• Ability to be knowledgeable in Lunix commands and structure."

Responsibilities

• Review and test electrical systems and components for operability.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning systems and components.
• Read schematics, printouts and specifications to guide tests.
• Collaborate with engineers on debugging and validation.
• Operate manual and power hand tools; maintain tools and workspace.
