Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the electrical industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with project teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow through.
• Self-starter, organized with good time management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of project scope, quality requirements, and applicable codes.
• Coordinate inspections and tests with operations to meet production goals.
• Prepare inspection/test reports and maintain quality files.
• Verify compliance with contract documents, codes, and standards.
• Identify and report nonconforming work and drive corrective actions.
• Contribute to safety and risk mitigation on site.
• Support test documentation and field condition assessments.
