Corbins is seeking a Quality Technician in Reno, Nevada to support our QAQC Department and ensure installations meet codes and customer specs. You will contribute to projects across the Southwest, including commercial and industrial facilities and water/wastewater treatment sites.

The role emphasizes inspection, documentation, and nonconforming work identification within our safety-focused culture and project plans. Strong communication and code knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working in the industrial electrical industry.
• Experience maintaining effective communications with supervisor and project team.
• Electrical code and standards knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Self-starter, organized with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of the electrical project scope, quality requirements, and quality documents.
• Coordinate with operations to schedule and perform quality inspections and tests.
• Prepare inspection/test reports and maintain quality files.
• Verify inspection and test compliance with contract documents, codes, and standards.
• Interpret and utilize codes to determine compliance of the work.
• Assist project team with required test documentation.
