Job summary

Workspire is seeking an executive leader to build and run the electrical quality function across a distributed organization. This VP will establish standards, processes, and metrics to improve installation reliability, reduce rework, and increase customer confidence while partnering with operations, engineering, and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Construction Management, Quality, or related field preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CQA, CQE, Six Sigma or similar quality credentials are preferred.
• Electrical inspection, testing, commissioning, or electrical safety training credentials are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of the quality function for electrical construction and infrastructure.
• Establish standards, processes, accountability, and measurement to deliver reliable installations.
• Partner with electrical operations, engineering, project management, field leadership, and commissioning teams.
