Jobot is seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee quality assurance for electrical construction projects. This role will develop quality plans, lead audits, and ensure installations meet project specs, codes, and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality control/assurance on large-scale electrical projects
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and auditing practices
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and applicable codes
• Experience managing inspections and corrective actions
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work 6/10 hour days

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project quality control plans and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS)
• Conduct field inspections and quality audits of electrical installations, materials, and workmanship
• Support ISO 9001 compliance through documentation, internal audits, and continuous improvement
• Identify deficiencies, document nonconformances, and oversee corrective actions through resolution
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and customers to resolve quality issues and prevent rework
• Maintain inspection reports, testing records, and turnover documentation while supporting jobsite safety requirements
