Job summary

MMR Constructors, Inc. is seeking Electrical Quality Control Inspectors for a Data Center site in Phoenix, AZ. The role runs on a 6x10 schedule with pay in the $42–45/hr range and a weekly per diem of $750.

The assignment is expected to last 1+ years and may involve travel from Abilene, TX and other locations as needed. Qualified candidates will have 8–10 years of industrial/construction experience and strong E&I quality background. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred but not required.

• Experience in industrial and heavy construction; data center experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, organize, and problem solve with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrate flexibility and creativity.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Work well under time pressure and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Administration of the Quality Management System (QMS) outlined in the MMR PQP.
• Recognize quality problems and provide solutions.
• Perform periodic project jobsite audits as required.
• Review drawings, specs, RFIs and submittals for quality requirements.
• Record all quality inspections and tests on ITRs as required.
• Coordinate ITP audits, holds, and witness points with client and engineer.
• Conduct periodic jobsite audits and surveillance as required.
• Gather records for turnover packages.
