Job summary

MMR Constructors, Inc. is seeking Electrical Quality Control Inspectors for our Data Center site in Abilene, TX. This role focuses on administering the Quality Management System and performing project audits.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in industrial/commercial electrical construction, data center experience a plus, and the ability to work with minimal supervision, including evenings or weekends if needed.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years industrial and/or commercial electrical construction experience.
• Data center experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Quality Management System (QMS) per MMR PQP.
• Perform periodic project jobsite audits.
• Review drawings, specs, RFIs, and submittals for quality.
• Record inspections and tests on ITRs.
• Coordinate ITP audits and witness points with stakeholders.
• Lead and oversee QC Inspectors.
• Attend safety and refresher training.
