Job summary

MMR Constructors, Inc. in Lebanon, IN is seeking Electrical Quality Control Inspectors for a roughly one-year site assignment. Pay is $45 with a $125 daily per diem for days worked.

Travel may be required. Candidates should have 8–10 years of industrial/commercial electrical construction experience and E&I quality expertise. The team values safety, training, and strong collaboration, with opportunities to contribute to diverse projects across the oil, gas, chemical, and energy sectors.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years industrial and/or commercial electrical constructor experience.
• Experience with E&I quality.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Quality Management System (QMS) as outlined by MMR PQP.
• Perform periodic site audits and quality inspections.
• Review drawings, specs, RFIs, and submittals for quality.
• Record all inspection and testing activities on ITRs.
• Coordinate ITP audits, holds, and witness points with client/engineer.
• Gather records for Quality Turnover Package submission.
• Attend safety and refresher trainings.
• Supervise QC Inspectors and ensure compliance.
