Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Quality Control Inspector 1 to execute field inspections and QC procedures in support of durable and reliable installations. You will follow the QC program, read blueprints, monitor workmanship, and report non-conformances.

Candidates should have an associate degree or equivalent electrical experience, 4+ years in the electrical field, and the ability to obtain a Journeyman license within 6 months. Competitive benefits and salary offered.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or related technical experience.
• 4+ years hands-on experience in the electrical industry.
• Ability to obtain a state Journeyman license within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and document conformance to project specifications.
• Read blueprints, drawings, BIM models, and specs.
• Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections on electrical/mechanical assemblies.
• Record data and report non-conformances and quality issues.
