ABM Industries seeks an experienced Electrical QA/QC Manager to lead the site QA/QC program for semiconductor/high‑tech construction. You will oversee inspection, testing, documentation, NCRs, and turnover, ensuring compliance with NEC/NFPA 70E and client standards.

You will mentor QA/QC personnel, coordinate with project management, engineering, and client representatives, and drive continuous improvement in first‑time quality across complex electrical installations.

Formación

• 5+ years progressive electrical construction experience, Journeyman Electrician level or higher.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical construction practices and NEC/NFPA 70E requirements.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, one-lines, specifications, and client standards.
• Experience with inspection/testing methods and QA/QC documentation.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision‑making capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and QA/QC record-keeping.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and administer the site Electrical QA/QC Program, including inspection, testing, documentation, NCRs, and turnover activities.
• Provide leadership and development to QA/QC personnel while coordinating with management, engineering, and client representatives.
• Ensure electrical installations comply with NFPA 70/70E, approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and manage ITPs, inspection processes, checklists, acceptance criteria, and hold points.
• Oversee inspections and testing of raceways, conductors, grounding, terminations, and related items.
• Identify and manage deficiencies, perform RCA, and verify corrective actions.
• Monitor quality performance and drive continuous improvement and first-time quality culture.
• Maintain auditable QA/QC records and support audits, commissioning, and turnover.
