Job summary

ABM US is seeking an experienced Electrical QA/QC Manager to lead a comprehensive quality program for semiconductor and high-tech construction environments. The role focuses on implementing, executing, and continuously improving the Electrical QA/QC program while aligning with project management, engineering, safety, commissioning, and client representatives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive electrical construction experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to drive first-time

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and electrical code compliance.
• Experience developing and implementing ITPs and NCRs.
• Strong leadership and documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and administer the site Electrical QA/QC Program including ITPs and turnover.
• Mentor QA/QC personnel and coordinate with project teams.
• Ensure electrical installations meet NEC and client specs.
• Manage NCRs, RCA, and corrective actions.
• Maintain auditable QA/QC records and support audits.
