SST Direct in Surprise, AZ is seeking an experienced Electrical QA/QC Manager to lead the QC team within our modular offsite construction operation. You will oversee quality-control activities, maintain state licensing records, and collaborate with processing engineers and shop personnel to ensure electrical and manufacturing processes meet NEC and company standards.

This on-site role is Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm with OT only as needed to meet deadlines; travel to other sites and inspection of delivered

Qualificações

• Experience in quality-control/quality-assurance and leadership roles.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and iPad/tablet tracking.
• Familiar with NEC requirements.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and lead the QC team, set priorities and monitor quality activities.
• Maintain state licensing documentation and ensure records are current.
• Collaborate with processing engineers and shop personnel to monitor quality.
• Review processes and materials to identify quality issues and corrective actions.
• Support QC activities in modular construction and electrical systems.
• Track quality activities and project information using apps and Office tools.
• Apply NEC knowledge when reviewing electrical and modular work.
• Identify issues, communicate findings, and coordinate follow-up.
• Provide leadership and training to QC personnel.
• Travel to other sites as needed to inspect materials and provide QC support.
• Work independently and with engineers, QC staff, and management.
