Job summary

DataX Connect is seeking a strategic QA/QC leader to own the quality program for flagship hyperscale data center projects in North America. You’ll start with onboarding in Aiken, SC, then relocate to Charlotte, NC to drive quality strategy, team management, and client engagement on projects valued at hundreds of millions.

This high-visibility role requires 10+ years in QA/QC, 5+ years leading teams, and a strong background with electrical contractors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years QA/QC experience in electrical construction.
• 5+ years leading QA/QC teams on major projects.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor QA/QC teams (office & field).
• Act as primary QA/QC contact for clients, GCs, and stakeholders.
• Implement and drive quality systems, compliance, and improvements.
• Oversee inspections, documentation, testing, and turnover.
• Collaborate with construction, engineering, and commissioning teams.
