Job summary

Praetorian Power Protection seeks an Electrical QA/QC Manager to lead the quality program for electrical scope on hyperscale data center construction projects in Boise. You will drive right-the-first-time installations, coordinate inspections, manage nonconformances, and support turnover to commissioning and operations on multi-megawatt facilities.

The role requires strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70, IEEE, and owner standards, with 7+ years of progressive QA/QC experience in electrical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Electrical QA/QC plans aligned with NEC and owner requirements.
• Lead inspections of switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS, PDU, busway, VFDs, grounding, and power systems.
• Coordinate with field teams and owner to ensure rapid issue resolution and proper turnover to commissioning/operations.
• Document QA/QC activities using Procore, Bluebeam, BIM 360 or similar platforms.
