Job description

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC professional with a strong electrical background to join a hyperscale data center construction environment. The role offers the chance to work on complex mission‑critical projects, gain exposure to established QA/QC systems, and eventually take ownership of major projects while leading teams and supporting large‑scale project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC processes across electrical scopes on data center construction projects
• Manage and develop QA/QC teams on‑site, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure compliance with project and client requirements
• Collaborate closely with project management, commissioning, and construction teams
• Support commissioning activities and ensure smooth handover of systems
• Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures aligned with company standards
• Take full ownership of QA/QC delivery on projects once fully onboarded

Skills / Must Have

• Strong QA/QC background within electrical construction
• Experience working for an electrical contractor is highly preferred
• Proven experience managing teams and leading full project scopes
• Data center experience (open to large scale industrial‑manufacturing backgrounds)
• Strong understanding of mission‑critical environments

Salary

• Up to $150,000 Basic Salary
