Job summary

Green Tanner Industrial Construction is seeking a QA/QC Superintendent to lead the field quality assurance and control programs, ensuring all work complies with contract requirements and codes. You will develop inspection plans, supervise QA/QC staff, and maintain records in Procore for inspections, testing, and corrective actions.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in construction with QA/QC leadership, strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, ASTM, ISO 9001, and proficiency in Procore/Bluebeam/Microsoft

Qualifications

• 8+ years in construction with 3+ years QA/QC leadership.
• Experience in electrical, heavy industrial, or mission-critical environments.
• Thorough knowledge of quality management systems, ISO 9001 and NCR workflows.
• Familiarity with ICC, NFPA, NEC, ASTM codes and standards.
• Procore Quality tools and digital inspection/reporting systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.
• OSHA 30 in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project-specific Quality Control Plan aligned with contract documents.
• Plan and perform inspections of work in progress and completed installations.
• Coordinate third-party testing, special inspections, and material verification.
• Document all inspection results and corrective actions in Procore.
• Review and close Procore Observations with root cause analysis and verification.
• Support commissioning and turnover activities with test docs and as-builts.
• Facilitate QA/QC meetings and communicate expectations to teams and subs.
• Promote continuous improvement through data review and lessons learned.
