Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a QA Engineer I to lead the development and coordination of QA/QC plans for projects in construction, engineering, and renewable energy. The role includes on-site training, auditing, and ensuring installations meet NEC and customer requirements.

Strong communication and drawing interpretation skills are essential. Ideal candidates have a BS/AS in electrical disciplines and at least 5 years of field commissioning experience, with work authorization to operate

Qualifications

• Bachelor or associate degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 5 years of hands-on field commissioning experience.
• Ability to read one-lines, schematics and drawings.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define QA/QC requirements with project teams and create plans and deliverables.
• Create data sets from drawings and submittals for commissioning.
• Develop procedures to document equipment installation to specs.
• Support field QA/QC activity and training for teams.
• Inspect installations for conformance to codes and customer requirements.
