Job summary

Goliath Construction Consulting is seeking an Electrical QA/QC Manager to lead project quality for an electrical construction company. You will ensure installations meet project specs, codes, and client expectations, partnering with field leadership to drive quality.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of electrical QC experience, with preference for pharma, data center, and commercial construction, and possess strong NEC knowledge and field experience for coordinating with project teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality control experience in electrical construction required.
• Background in pharmaceutical, data center, and commercial construction preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and construction documents.
• Experience leading quality efforts and collaborating with project and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project-specific QA/QC plans, inspection procedures, and quality standards.
• Inspect electrical installations for compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Identify deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions with project managers and field teams.
• Coordinate inspections and testing with general contractors, client representatives, and commissioning personnel.
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, deficiency logs, and turnover documentation.
• Guide field personnel on quality expectations and proper installation practices.
