Responsibilities

• Conducts Quality inspections to ensure Faith Quality Advantage processes, installation standards, and related practices are followed.
• Participates in cross-functional teams to improve job site processes related to quality.
• Provides data and analyses to the Commissioning Manager regarding job site quality.
• Coaches and guides field employees, project supervisors, and management on quality matters.
• Develops and coordinates commissioning schedules and site-specific training curricula.
• Writes methods of procedures for critical activities and develops site-specific safety plans.
