Job summary

You will inspect products, perform Hi-Pot and other tests, document findings, and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in quality or manufacturing.
• 0–2 years in quality or manufacturing environment.
• Inspect products, audit quality data and ensure compliance with governmental and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and Hi-Pot test switchboards, MCCs and motor control panels.
• Perform electrical testing (Hi-Pot, continuity, Megger, etc.).
• Verify proper torque and function of components; document inspections.
• Update paperwork (BOM, test reports) and communicate non-conformances.
• Train production associates and support continuous improvement efforts.
