Qualifications

• 4+ years as electrical supervisor or superintendent
• In-depth NEC rules and codes knowledge
• Experience with industrial electrical systems and safety policies
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
• Ability to scope jobs, order materials, and manage project requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all electrical crews on the project, ensuring work is completed according to safety codes, specifications, and industry standards.
• Coordinate daily operations and workflows, ensuring tasks are delegated appropriately and executed on schedule.
• Review and approve timesheets, ensuring accurate reporting of hours worked and project progress.
• Act as the primary contact between project teams, clients, and coordinators, facilitating clear communication.
• Monitor project progress and adjust to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of electrical work.
• Provide regular reports on project status, including timelines and milestones.
