Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; OSHA 30-hour cert required or preferred.
• 2+ years as electrical supervisor or lead technician desired.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, specs and manufacturer literature.
• Experience scoping jobs, ordering materials, and managing project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs across job sites.
• Lead a team of electricians and coordinate daily tasks to meet project specs.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure timely completion of work.
• Manage data, controls, and PLC systems for automation.
• Prepare sketches or follow blueprints to map wiring and equipment locations.
