Job summary

Beck & Pollitzer USA is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical installations, maintenance, and repair across multiple job sites. The role requires leading crews, ensuring safety codes, project specifications, and NEC compliance, and coordinating daily operations with clients and coordinators.

The candidate will review timesheets, report progress, and manage communications while ensuring on-time, within-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

• 30-hour Construction OSHA required.
• 4+ years as electrical supervisor or superintendent.
• 6+ years of electrical experience in industrial settings.
• Experience with conveyor systems or EV batteries preferred.
• Must pass drug screen and have a valid driver’s license.
• NEC rules and codes up-to-date knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all electrical crews on the project.
• Coordinate daily operations and workflows to meet schedule.
• Review and approve timesheets and report progress.
• Serve as primary contact between project teams, clients, and coordinators.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely, cost-effective completion.
• Provide status reports including timelines and milestones.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and organized.
• Enforce health and safety standards and policies.
• Conduct site inspections and provide guidance to crews.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution.
