Job summary

Cummings Electrical in Wisconsin is seeking Traveling Electrical Supervisors to lead day-to-day execution of industrial/commercial electrical projects. You will schedule, monitor, and control work while ensuring safety and compliance across sites nationwide.

The role requires a Journeyman license, 3+ years of field experience, and the ability to manage 15+ electricians. Travel, strong communication, and proficiency with NEC and MS Office are essential.

Traveling Electrical Supervisors Needed

Electrical Project Supervisors are an integral part of the electrical construction process and are responsible for scheduling, monitoring, and controlling the day-to-day execution of the work, progress, and performance of the project. In this role you will also possess experience with projects involving commercial/industrial electrical construction and be responsible for the administration and control of all aspects of the Cummings site specific safety and compliance objectives.

Responsibilities

• Must maintain and enforce safety policies on jobsite
• Willingness to travel nation wide
• Must have active driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle report
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time during scheduled shifts
• Ability to perform physical activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching, and climbing as required by job duties

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical construction experience which includes leading large jobs in the Industrial/Commercial industry
• Can oversee a crew of 15+ electricians
• Ability to manage/oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Active Journeyman’s License required
• Proficient with the National Electrical Code
• Exposure to Bluebeam and/or Salesforce is a plus
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including excel and familiarity with MS Teams and SharePoint
• Strong verbal, written, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills required
