The role requires a Journeyman license, 3+ years of field experience, and the ability to manage 15+ electricians. Travel, strong communication, and proficiency with NEC and MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical construction leadership on industrial/commercial projects.
• Oversee a crew of 15+ electricians.
• Journeyman license required; NEC knowledge.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiar with Teams and SharePoint.
