Job summary

ProSource Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee large commercial interiors, tenant fit-outs and industrial projects across Greater NYC from our Suffolk County base. You will manage budgets, schedules and field operations on multiple projects.

The role requires 5–10 years of electrical construction PM experience, a strong grasp of electrical systems and project financials, and the ability to coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Ideally 5-10 years electrical construction project management experience.
• Proven ability to independently manage $3M-$5M+ electrical packages.
• Background in large commercial interiors, tenant fit-outs or industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction, project financials and scheduling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate field operations.
• Electrical field experience or Electrical Engineering background preferred.

Position Overview

An established Electrical Contractor based in Suffolk County, Long Island, is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join its commercial projects team.

The role involves managing electrical construction projects across Greater NYC, including large commercial interiors, multi-floor fit-outs and industrial facilities.

The successful candidate will typically oversee 3-5 projects simultaneously, representing approximately $10M-$12M in annual electrical work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial electrical projects from award through completion.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, scheduling and change orders.
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, procurement and material deliveries.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, RFIs and submittals.
• Liaise with General Contractors, Construction Managers and project stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits across Greater NYC to monitor project progress.

Salary & Benefits

• $160K-$180K base salary DOE, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
• $500 monthly vehicle allowance.
