Job summary

ProSource Group on Long Island is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join its team. You will oversee electrical construction projects ranging from $500K to $5M+ across private commercial, light industrial, and tenant interior work in the Greater NYC area.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of electrical PM experience, strong construction knowledge, and a track record from initiation to completion.

Role Overview

We are working with an established Electrical Contractor on Long Island seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join its team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing electrical construction projects ranging from approximately $500K to $5M+, with a focus on private commercial, light industrial and tenant interior projects throughout the Greater NYC metropolitan area.

The position would suit a Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience who has strong electrical construction knowledge and experience overseeing projects from start to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects ranging from $500K to $5M+.
• Oversee project budgets, scheduling, procurement and subcontractor coordination.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications and contract documents.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors and field teams.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress and conduct site visits throughout Metro NYC.

Background & Experience

• 5-10 years of electrical project management experience.
• Experience managing projects ranging from $500K to $5M+.
• Background in private commercial, light industrial and tenant interior electrical projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction and project management.
• Electrical field experience or an Electrical Engineering background preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• $160K-$180K, depending on experience.
• $500 monthly vehicle allowance.
