Job summary

Icon Electric, a Kelso Industries company in the Greater Phoenix area, is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial electrical construction projects up to $10M from planning through closeout. You will coordinate budgets, scheduling, field execution, and collaborate with Senior PMs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of PM experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical construction.
• Degree in construction management or engineering preferred.
• Prior field experience as an electrician or construction worker is preferred.
• Strong understanding of blueprints, NEC, wiring diagrams, and field operations.
• Experience with project software tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, from budgets and schedules to labor and material forecasting.
• Track labor budgets, material costs, and productivity metrics; manage POs and change orders.
• Keep projects running with tight schedule coordination and clear communication; oversee procurement across projects.
• Maintain project records (RFIs, submittals, specs) and ensure NEC and OSHA compliance.
