Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and staff electrical and mission critical construction projects to meet safety, profitability, and schedule goals.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
• Oversee on-site supervision of crews and lead personnel to ensure quality and progress.
• Review project documents, plans and specs, coordinate field installations, and manage client relationships within cost/schedule/quality constraints.
• Conduct jobsite visits to monitor progress, promote safety, and communicate with customers and contractors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure project success.
