Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in Electrical Commercial Construction.
• Complete understanding of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects in core markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical commercial projects ensuring timely and quality execution.
• Manage project team members and mentor for growth.
• Control costs and manage project financials.

Skills

Excellent listening and communication skills

Ability to identify and resolve complex issues

Ability to create and support team morale

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Education

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
