Job summary

SupportFinity™ is looking for a Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of project management from pre-construction through to completion. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and planning skills along with a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering and 5–10 years of experience in heavy civil construction. The position is located in Austin, TX, with a possibility for hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5–10 years as a Project Manager in relevant construction fields.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budget, cost, forecast, and schedule.
• Ensure compliance with environmental safety.
• Coordinate project resources and document progress.
