Job summary

Lyons Electric, a subsidiary of Potawatomi Ventures, seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead projects from concept to completion. You will coordinate with electricians, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electrical project management, strong knowledge of NEC/OSHA codes, and proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills. A PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical project management.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and local building codes.
• Proficiency in project manager tools (e.g. MS Project, SharePoint, Agora).
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and define the scope of electrical projects, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Coordinate with electricians, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor project progress and adjust resources and priorities as needed.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates.
• Prepare project documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans.
