Coffing Electric in Mount Vernon, OH, is hiring an Electrical Project Manager to run 2–5 active projects from award through closeout. You will lead small crews, read plans, and maintain customer relationships while ensuring timelines and budgets are met in a central Ohio setting.

The role offers year-round work with a well-established contractor, full-time hours, and a path from foreman to project leadership as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in electrical construction or equivalent
• Experience running projects and crews
• Strong ability to read plans, drawings and specs with NEC knowledge
• Experience scheduling crews and multiple jobs concurrently
• Clear, professional communication with customers, GC's and inspectors
• License as Journeyman or Master Electrician is a plus; valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Run 2 to 5 active projects from award through closeout
• Lead small crews and keep jobs on schedule and moving
• Read plans, drawings and specs and translate into buildable plans
• Schedule crews and material across jobs to ensure site coverage
• Be main contact for customers and general contractors with timely updates
• Maintain safety, quality, and code compliance on site and back up foremen
• Participate in weekly planning meetings with estimating/ownership
• Keep office updated on progress to ensure on-time billing
