• Support estimating kickoffs, bid reviews, and proposals.
• Oversee project meetings and document action items in Procore.

• Review submittals for schedule and contract alignment.
• Lead change orders and ensure customer approvals.
• Monitor safety planning and compliance with procedures.
• Ensure all owner contracts are in place and aligned with terms.
• Oversee quality inspections and site safety requirements.
