Job summary

CEC is seeking a Project Manager in El Paso, TX to oversee full project execution in construction, coordinating budgets, schedules, resources, and safety compliance. The role requires collaboration with customers, vendors, superintendents, safety teams, and project consultants, with no direct supervision.

You will lead communications, manage change orders, and drive on-time delivery while maintaining quality, cost controls, and customer satisfaction across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in construction.
• Experience coordinating with customers, vendors, and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure performance and delivery.
• Lead communication with customers and manage satisfaction.
• Pursue new opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Join estimating kickoffs and support procurement, bid reviews, and proposals.
• Own project budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.
• Lead all site QC and safety compliance activities.
• Oversee project setup and close-out processes in Procore; manage schedules, budgets, SOVs, and documents.
