Job summary

Benmar Electric, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning and execution of large-scale electrical projects across Texas. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and field teams for government, commercial, and industrial work from bid through closeout.

The role requires 5+ years in electrical project management, familiarity with NEC codes, and hands-on use of Procore or Bluebeam, delivering safe, quality results on landmark projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of electrical project management experience.
• Experience managing projects valued at $1M+ in commercial, industrial, or government sectors.
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).
• Strong understanding of NEC codes and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple electrical projects simultaneously from preconstruction through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors.
• Review project plans, specifications, and change orders for accuracy.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment.
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Prepare progress reports and present project updates to leadership.
