You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, change orders, procurement, and client relationships while collaborating with leadership and field teams.

The role is full-time and permanent, with a pay range of $95,000–$140,000 per year depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical project management or foreman experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Experience managing project budgets and schedules.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Self-motivated with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple commercial electrical projects from award through closeout.

• Monitor project costs, budgets, labor productivity, and profitability.
• Review contract documents, specifications, and drawings.

**This is a full-time permanent direct placement opportunity.

Position Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing commercial electrical construction projects from award through closeout. This individual will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, change orders, procurement, and customer relationships while working closely with company leadership, estimators, field foremen, and office staff.

• The estimated pay range for this role is $95,000 - $140,000 per year based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, labor productivity, and profitability.
• Review contract documents, specifications, and drawings.
• Prepare, negotiate, and track change orders.

• Lead project kickoff and progress meetings.
