Job summary

TechPro Power Group is seeking a Project Manager II to support small electrical projects onsite in Jeffersonville, OH. You will assist senior PMs, schedule milestones, prepare basic documentation, and help maintain project files while ensuring client satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on learning the industry, safety standards, and building cross-functional relationships as you progress toward Level 2 PM responsibilities. Minimal travel is required.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in project coordination or related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support senior PMs in scheduling meetings, milestones and maintaining documentation.
• Coordinate simple project plans and basic budgets with guidance.
• Maintain project files and generate status reports for stakeholders.
• Uphold safety and compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
• Build relationships with customers, vendors and team members, and communicate effectively.
