Job summary

Citrine LLC is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead multiple projects from initiation through completion. You will coordinate internal teams, clients, and external partners to meet schedules, budgets, and deliverables, with a focus on electrical systems and safety standards. Hybrid work near Lakewood, CO with some travel.

The role requires a background in electrical engineering or related projects, PMP preferred, and strong leadership and communication skills to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, engineering, construction, or a related field.
• Experience managing projects through multiple phases, including planning, execution, and closeout.
• Familiarity with electrical safety principles, including NFPA 70E and arc flash awareness.
• Willingness to travel and conduct site visits as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and deliverable tracking to support successful execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Support projects involving electrical systems, power distribution, controls, instrumentation, and related technical infrastructure.
• Prepare and present project updates, status reports, and documentation to stakeholders.
