Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical scope on data center construction projects from preconstruction through closeout in Charlotte, NC.

You will ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery while coordinating with owners, engineers, vendors and union teams, and you will mentor field crews to meet NEC/NFPA and safety standards.

This role requires 3+ years of data center electrical project management and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing electrical construction projects for data centers.
• Primary responsibility for electrical scope in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC/NFPA codes and electrical distribution equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and schedules.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Supervise site electrical teams and ensure quality and labor compliance.
• Manage procurement and logistics for electrical materials and long-lead items.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, local codes, and OSHA safety programs.
