Job summary

Jobot in Sterling Heights, MI, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead electrical contracting projects across commercial, healthcare, hospitality and more. You will coordinate design, procurement, scheduling, and construction activities to ensure projects meet requirements and are completed on time.

The role requires 3+ years of electrical contracting experience, familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and Accudbid, and a degree in electrical engineering is preferred or equivalent

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in electrical contracting/construction.
• Project experience in commercial, industrial, manufacturing, automotive, hospital, or data center.
• Electrical engineering degree preferred or relevant electrical construction experience.
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and Accudbid.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all electrical construction projects are implemented in accordance with the design and responds timely to questions related to field conditions.
• Develop and/or review electrical engineering technical specifications and bid documents for engineered equipment, materials engineering, and construction service contracts.
• Lead and oversee day-to-day design and construction management of significant elements of IBMS and electrical interface works on projects, including procurement, installation, and commissioning.
• Oversees scheduling and coordination of internal and external resources for project completion.
• Oversees Job Start and Project Closeout materials.
