Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning and execution of construction projects on time and within budget.
• Monitor costs to ensure budget compliance and forecast variances.
• Review contracts to verify terms and mitigate risks.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for favorable terms.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with stakeholders.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and training provided.
• Read and interpret blueprints to align construction with designs.
